Terms and Conditions: Just Two Strokes

1. Introduction

Welcome to Just Two Strokes. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by us to you. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bespoke and Custom-Made Goods

Most items supplied by Just Two Strokes, including 3D printed signs, lightboxes, and personalized apparel, are bespoke and "made-to-order."

• Production Lead Time: Due to the technical nature of our manufacturing processes, please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 working days for production before dispatch.

• Technical Variations: Customers acknowledge that 3D printed items may have minor surface textures or "layer lines" inherent to the production process. These are characteristics of the manufacturing method and are not considered defects.

3. Order Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details provided (including spelling and personalization) are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Returns Policy

In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding bespoke goods:

• Bespoke/Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless the item is physically faulty or we have made a clerical error (e.g., a spelling mistake on our part).

• Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" on any item that has been personalized or made to your specific requirements.

5. Refund Processing (Shopify Payments)

Where a refund is authorized by Just Two Strokes, it will be processed via our Shopify payment gateway. Please be aware of the following timelines:

• Processing Time: Once we initiate a refund, it may show as "Pending" for up to 2 business days.

• Bank/Card Processing: It typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for your bank or card issuer to return the funds to your account.

• Total Average Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

• These timelines are dictated by the banking system and are outside the direct control of Just Two Strokes.

6. Postage and Shipping

• Faulty/Error Returns: If a return is necessary due to our error or a manufacturing fault, Just Two Strokes will cover the cost of the return postage.

• Standard Returns: In any other instance where a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Dispatch: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and apply after the initial 3–5 day production window.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, and artwork created by Just Two Strokes remain our intellectual property. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer any rights to reproduce or commercially exploit the design.

8. Limitation of Liability

Just Two Strokes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific goods in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
